All orders ship within 72 hours. IN-STORE/LOCAL Pick Up is for local customers who pick up their orders from one of our locations. An email confirmation will be sent when the order is ready for pick up.
RETURN POLICY
Exchange ONLY within 7 Days of order receipt. Items must be in their original condition. To initiate please call (205) 874-9920 or send an email to: customerservice@ishi30a.com requesting the exchange. Custom Items, Jewelry, Sale, and Discount are FINAL SALE.
